We are so excited to officially welcome you into something we’ve been dreaming about for a long time.
Beginning May 30, 2026, the Familiar Hearts Community Hub opens its doors in the heart of Roxborough. A physical space rooted in a simple but powerful belief:
“There is no animal welfare without human welfare.”
More than a Storefront
The Community Hub is not just a location, it’s a living, breathing extension of our mission.
For years, Familiar Hearts has worked to support animals through rescue, fostering, and advocacy. But over time, it’s become clear that caring for animals also means caring for the people who love them.
This space was created to hold both.
It’s a place where:
animals are seen, supported, and celebrated
people can access resources without shame or barriers
neighbors can come together through shared compassion
